Over 20 years instructing experience in various fields, helping people to overcome their fears, building confidence and providing them with tactical defensive skills. He brings recognized Psychological and NLP techniques through the training programs delivered, to enhance learning.

Over ten years as a technician trainer. “I bring several years as an instructor in different fields so am used to dealing with students from different backgrounds. I have great enthusiasm for Krav Maga and really enjoy teaching our students how to defend themselves and build skill and confidence.”

Mark is the Head Commando Tactical Combat System Instructor in the UK. He has 15 years Military experience in the South African Defence Force and the British Army. Mark is passionate about teaching and bringing new ideas to his students enabling them to grow in confidence and strength.

Anita is the only CTCS Female Instructor in the UK. She is driven and passionate about teaching self defence. Her experience allows her to showcase different techniques, creating an engaging, practical and realistic training experience to empower students.

Chris believes that everyone should be able to protect themselves, their family and friends. “Having faith in your own ability provides a great sense of self-confidence”. He’s passionate about Krav Maga and the ‘real life’ defence tactics taught at the club. He finds it rewarding to help people overcome their fears, grow in confidence and get fit. He believes KMDT provides the perfect environment for this.
