Krav Maga

Get involved in our Women?s Self Defence Workshop, Milton Keynes

Krav Maga Defence Tactics (KMDT) will be hosting a women?s only self-defence workshop in Milton Keynes. This workshop is designed to help females aged 10 years and above to learn strategies and develop skills based on Krav Maga techniques to protect themselves against potential threats and attacks in today?s society. Participants will understand how to deal with situations such as being grabbed and dragged away, mounted on the floor, muggings, knife threats and much more. This workshop will build confidence and increase self-awareness to prevent being targeted.

In a controlled environment participants will learn techniques to keep themselves safe during their daily activities. Situational awareness is one of the primary principles that will be explored during this workshop. Women will develop an understanding of the triggers that lead to an altercation and learn how to avoid the situation. If an attacker persists with their threat, participants will learn the quickest and most effective way to deal with these attacks. Furthermore, they will become familiar with what is an acceptable form of reasonable force. With our experienced instructors, women will be encouraged to exert the necessary force to deal with any of the scenarios covered.

This workshop is available to members and the public, as KMDT believes it has a duty of care to keep the Milton Keynes community safer. At the end of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to join KMDT as fully pledged members, resulting in learning exceptional and additional self-defence skills, which can be utilised and implemented in all walks of life. This workshop will take place at Willen Lake, Sunday 1st of July 2018, 2-4pm. If you would like to attend this workshop, please click the link below and let us empower you.
